Xiaobaitu, one Question for you, thanks!

I tried to help my parents to fill I-539 form to extend their stay in the USA on Oct.24 last year and got denial letter yesterday. USCIS said there is not evidence showing they may not abandon their foreign residency.....etc. and asked them leave US in 30 days. What can I do for this issue? Can I complain and give them more evidences to support their I-539 again?
