Sorry for the last question.... I am still not very clear. My I-140 is approved on 8/6/07. I am currently still on my 7th H1-B Visa. I lived in U.S. I do have the I-140 number, but I don't think I know the I-824 number. I have never applied I-485 before. Can I just use my I-140 number to find my case status??? I will call them after the Chinese New Year. Sorry to bother you that much............... Thanks for everything!!!
