急問： EAD 工作許可renewal

各位朋友好，春節好！

我的I485還在Pending期間，我老婆是隨我一起申請的。她的EAD和AP馬上過期，需要重新renew。但是，我們的律師收費如下，我感到太高。
EAD filing fee is $340; attorney fees/costs are $222.
Filing fees for Advance Parole are now $305 per person (+ attorney fees/costs of $272).

請問各位有經驗的，我們能自己申請嗎？有哪些手續？ 多謝。
