I-485 RFE:

The information provided in this application and/or contained in Service records establish that you were admitted into US as a J1 exchange visitor, subject to the two year residence requirement of Section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Therefore you must submitt evidence that you have resided and been physically present in country of your nationality or last residance as indicated on your Form IAP-66/DS2019 for an aggregate of at least 2 years following your departure from US,

OR

you must submitt an approval notice (Form I-797) issued by this Service to establish that you have applied for and been granted a waiver of the two year foreign residance requirement.


My question is: Can my H1B1 approve notice (Form I-797) be the good evidence? (I used TN, then J-1 and finally H1B1.)
