You are protected by AC21, after 485 pending 180 days with 140 approved. Old company will nolonger be able to revoke your GC. You will be able to keep same Eb3 priority, which actually looks quite an advantage now. Transfering your H1 to a new company won't deactivate your H1 or GC, as long as you still work in same field.
