QUESTIONS ABOUT 女兒上大學身份 - To Xiaobaitu, Pjiang, or any XDJM who

My hu*****and is 主申請人, Our I-485 is pending. My hu*****and is going to extend his H1 which will be expired this June for 6 years. My daugter is H4 and she will attend college this fall. I have the following question about my daughter's status:

1. will my daughter's status be AOS since our I-485 is pending?
2. When my hu*****and apply to extend his H1, should he apply for my daughter's H4 extention also?
3. How can my daughter have scholarship and/or assistantship legally as AOS status or as H4 status? Please give a official link.
4. My daughter is going to be back China this summer and come back US with AP, what documentation should she bring for the trip beside AP (I-131)?
