Emergency!!! 請教小白兔, Pjiang and all experts

Last Friday, my child(9 yrs old) got a call and asked to fax my approval notice of I-140, the lady give her name(Sonia Anderson, and her fax number 202-272-1131). My child forgot to tell me until just now. We don't know who is this lady, Since my child is too young too ask her. I googled with this name and know she is Management & Program Analyst at DHS USCIS. I don't know if I need to do what she told my child. Because I worried :
why she didn't call my work phone number or cell phone number or email me or write a letter to me or call my lawyer after she reached a child but not an adults?
Any people have the same experience, pls share your info. Many thanks in advance

485 has been pending because NC pending at FBI
Wrote to FL, FBI, Senator, congressman, Ombudsman, no use at all.
