我是AOS6月回國,現需辦回美證嗎

1.我的I-485是07年5月底遞交的,我老公是8月拿到綠卡的(05年7月遞交的I485);
2.由於我的遞交材料中沒有體檢報告,12月底移民局催件我才補交

4.我今年6月必須回國完成學位.

請問我是等還是辦回美證?
