I-102 表instruction說:
Use Form I-102 to request a new or replacement of an incorrect,

又說(在Web page的specifical instruction):
you do not need to pay a fee to request to correct your Form I-94, I-95 or I-20ID if the error(s) on your document was made by USCIS, through no fault of your own.
這裏,LZ的問題是護照的有效期不夠所導致的incorrect, 不是CIS的錯,LZ 得付那個Fee,(但可以用此表, 俺想)

我們有過完全同樣的情形,是這樣辦的,I-94得到了extention, 不過,花了點有點冤的錢,
