1. make sure name check is clear, otherwise, useless to relink
2. NIW of 2005 (even now not current) not necessary be later than 2007 EB1, the visa can change anytime
3. since yours already approved based on the NIW, and you DID NOT submit I485 with EB1, not sure will be able to re-link
