EB1b approved 1y ago, now NIW(nsc) RFE

My EB1b 140 was approved later oct 2006. Now NIW 140 (filed with EB1b in early oct 2006) requests further evidence. I don't know what they request since I just find this rfe online. Can I just ignore this NIW RFE? Or reply it and try to make my NIW 140 approved? Thanks in advance for your input.
