1. FP expire in 15 month, sometimes they send your PF once the previous expire, no matter NC status. sometimes they hold it until your name check is clear

2. NC will not expire,which associate with A#, unless something new come up (for example FP result have positive hit), then they may try NC again

3. approved with expired FB, that's their mistake, and we all know that they already make mistake(some got approved with PD not current), but it is policy to be approved with non-expired FP
