請教關於Naturalization Certificate

邀請父母來探親，需要proof of legal status, 但是看到Naturalization Certificate上麵有"It is punishable by US law to copy, print of photography this certificate without lawful authority"的字樣，請問是不是不能複印寄回家？（問題可能比較弱智，但真的不明白，請大家幫忙，謝了！~）
