7月2號filer還有沒收到finger print notice的嗎?

我是Texa 中心, 從10月份開始,幾乎是每個月都打電話問, 有時是Customer service ,有時是agent接的,每次都說送Request了, 一直到現在也沒消息,也去了infopass, 沒有任何幫助, 著急的不行, 該怎麽辦呢?
