因為我的case 是公司律師辦的, 律師說:

Please also note that when you call it prevents me from making inquiries. Any time a call is made on your case they enter it into a log. An inquiry can only be
made within so many days of the last inquiry or notice from the USCIS on the case.

But, I did manage to find out that your case was assigned to an officer on Jan. 12th.

Please do not make any further inquiries on your case. Let our office handle that. We make notations in your file each time an inquiry is made. These are necessary if we have to seek assistance from AILA. I will make another inquiry if we do not see anything within the next 60 days. At this point since they have told us it has been assigned to an officer, I cannot contact AILA right now. I have to give the USCIS time.

不知道InfoPass 的詢問是不是也屬於這類inquiry, 就是問了一次後90天以內不能再問的? 再次感謝!
