向各位高手請教H1的問題

我是H4，如果申請了明年的H1，那10月1日才能幹活這是確定的了。如果H1下來了，到了10月份沒幹活被雷了的話，是什麽身份？H4嗎？
如果隻幹了1或2個月被雷或者根本就沒幹活就被雷那麽以後申請工作還可以用這個H1的名額嗎？可以tansfer嗎？如果沒有paystub能轉回h4嗎？謝謝了！急需知道。水平不高，不知道幹不幹得了工作。害怕身份問題。
