Help on I-130 form. Thank you.

I am filing I-130 for my parents.
1) Under: C. Information about your relative
What should I fill for the "2. Address"? May I fill their correspondence address here? Or I should fill their residence address?

2) 19. Your relative's address abroad. (Include street, city, province and country)
I think I should fill my parents' current residence address in China here. Is it right?

3) Their marriage certificate has been damaged and can not be found now since it has been too long before. Is it ok to renew one for them and notarize it?

4) I have my birth certificate notarized and relatives relationship document notarized in China, should I also submit their notarized marriage certificate?
