關於I485，AP,謝謝！

1)我的I140和I485是一起file的，現在I140 prove了，今年一月按的指印。不知道我這種情況I485什麽時候能批？

several cases here have waited over 6 monthes pass the standard time.

2) 如果現在申請Advanced Parole, 大概多長時間能批下來？
file your I131 together with a copy of your I485 receipt +$110 fee. your I131 receipt will tell you the standard processing time. if you file my above way, it should be faster than the standard time.
