I have same situation as you just two months ago. EB2, twice REF for I-140, small company just more than 20 people. In the second REF, INS required all my company financial documents (公司的財務報表，稅表，銀行STATEMENT等, all employer's 工資, ...). But luck thing is my company has strong funding, after turn in all they required, my 140 got approved in two weeks.

My feeling they just care "證明公司有能力支付給我PREVAILING WAGE".

I think you have everything, except "隻有這些賬麵上的數字，毋庸置疑，對我的案例很不利的". I do not know how to handle these. Ask your 律師!!
