Question: 如果J1簽證後沒有進入美國國境是否有什麽影響？是否也要受回國兩年服務的限製或辦理J1豁免？是否能再申請其他簽證如F1/L1/H1等？
Answer: If the J1 visa holder never gets into US, then no 2-years home country service and J1 waiver are needed. You should be able to apply for other type of visa. But you may need to explain for the reason of J1 visa issue.
