Where to file I-765 Form? TX or NE? Thanks

I am currently living in PA. Based on the information on the USCIS website, the direct file address for I-765 Form should be TX Center. However, I have a I-485 pending in Nebraska Center now.Does anyone know that i should file my I-765 form to TX or NE center? Thank you very much for your help.
