many rulings favored to government, so will NOT recommend to file WOM here for normal cases.
However, we did found a few cases succeed in this Court-- all with waiting over 3 yrs, because the AUSA push USCIS/FBI to finish their cases instead of fighting back.
Apparently there is some internal rule regarding how to deal with WOM, if over certain pending time (not sure exactly how long, but for sure >2 yrs), they will try to adjudicate your case instead of fight back.
So if you have wait for too long, no matter how the Court rule in precedent case, it worth try it (just Pro Se, since lawyer will not be able to increase the chance of winning)
