FBI don't accept personal inquiry of Name check, some ways to get your name check status:
1. Infopass, http://infopass.uscis.gov/index.php
2. call USCIS 1-800 number to inquiry your case status, they typically will send your letter within 30 days that your case is pending due to name check ...
3. ask First Lady, Senator, congressman to help your applications, see sample letter: 這裏

keep all copies in case you need to go WOM in the future
