01/18/2008 I-485 Welcoming New Permanent Residence
Summary:
H1B before greencard application. Please refer to 3-month Marriage Greencard for document list. According to my own experience, it's very important to show evidence of joint properties owned by GC applicant and their US citizen spouse jointly. Also, to checklist each document provided in each application is good practice - time saving for USCIS processors.
