I was told that if you get lud on your approved I-140, you are 30-60 days away from approval or you get 2 luds on I-485, you are 7-30 days away from approval. Definetely the pre-requirements are NC clear and PD current.

But there are lots of I-485 approvals without any lud after FP as well. So really difficult to say.

One thing for sure, NSC is slow on everything. Really don't know what we can do exception waiting. By the way, waht's your I-485 ND date, if you are out of I-485 processing time at NSC, you can do a Service Request. I am still a month away from that date.
