My case was in TSC, then was transfered to NSC in the end of Oct, 2007.
At that time, my FBI name check was pending. I made lots of phone calls to USCIS to try to figure out the reason for the transfer. But the answer seems that this is just a standard processing.
Then I got several LUD until Dec. 03, 2007. No more LUD after that.
I learned my FBI name check result was back in the end of Dec, 2007 via InfoPass. It took about 12mon to get my FBI name check clear.
I wonder if and how we can push USCIS to processing our cases.
