I issued WOM 60 days ago against FBI and USCIS. Luckily after a few days of filing WOM, my namecheck is cleared for some reason. However, after consulting with my immigration lawyer, she still suggested me to take further actions to get more details about my case.
Now 60 days have passed and I have not been contacted either by the district court or US attorney. I made several phone calls to the district court. First they told me they were looking for a judge for my case. But today when I made the phone call, they told me that I have to decide what to do next through the local rules, what does that mean? anybody can give a timeline of the actions need to be taken after 60 days of the mailing of the summon of a civil action?
thanks
what is the next step after issuing WOM
