good news for name check delay: Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Recently we helped one client to fight for name check delay in Eastern district of PA, this is probably the most friendly Court toward immigrant so far, In last month, Judges denied about 10 USCIS's claim and favor to immigrant (only 1.5 favor to USCIS/FBI), and especially one Judge explicitly encourage class lawsuit to solve the name check delay problem.
