even though they bear much behind expiration dates. Read the 485 denial notice carefully, it should say "all benefits attached with this application are invalid" or expired or something like that. Even you have appealed for your 140, your 485, along with all the benefits associated with it, is denied. If you are lucky and AOA sustains your 140, your 485 will be reopened for further processing. Otherwise, the date your 485 first denied will be the offical/final date of the denial. So I will not suggest you use either EAD or AP in this case. Using them may be problematic if your appeal was unfortunately dismissed.
