加拿大移民2nd letter 疑問

誠心請教知情者

4月底收到 2nd letter. 需要submit additional documents. The letter said : You must submit the documents indicated on the enclosed “Documents List” within 90 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.
我的問題是：
2nd letter 的日期是4/05/2004 and was mailed out on 04/20/2004. 按90天的期限應是07/04/2004。而 our FBI policy certificate 還未收到。請問有誰有過類似情況嗎？是否真的會有什麽麻煩？是否可先寫信解釋一下？
