3)到http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-129.htm下載I-129並按要求填好(非常簡單易懂的表格)。
4)寫PETITTION LETTER， JOB OFFER， JOB DEION， AND RESUME。讓CFO寫信證明公司的年收入，利潤，和目前員工數目如果雇員總數低於100人，要複印公司的報稅表。
7)把以上資料連同公司的BROCHURE 或CATALOGUE和申請費寄出。
