[緊急求助小白兔及各位大俠]:Ｈ１－Ｂ的Ｉ－１２９表問題．

本人之前有過兩次Ｈ１－Ｂ，其間轉過陪偶身份，目前是Ｈ－４．拿到一個offer.想自己辦Ｈ１－Ｂ．填Ｉ－１２９表有幾個問題不太明白．
問題１：我已經有過Ｈ１－Ｂ的名額．在表第一頁，

這裏是不是應該填我前兩次H1B的receipt number??
