The consular office only schedule interview when they have secured a quota for you, which is always true. It's possible that the processing date at one point moved past your priority date and they have successfully secured a quota for you. You can never miss an interview with the consular office without notice! You sure can contact them (email, call, fax) to ask to clarify the situation, but be prepared to go for the interview immediately.
