I-485 dependents approved, principal pending

Hi All,

I have just received the email Welcoming notice for both my wife and my daughter, but my case, the principal still pending. Anybody heard similar cases? As we plan to go back to china soon, how long it takes from email notice to the real physical card? Thank you in advance.
