我的情況和你類似，現在用OPT，準備用AP，谘詢律師，回複如下：

-- Since you are in F-1, you will become AOS when you use the AP. As a result, you would not be able to change to H-1/H-4 in the future.

-- You would not be able to apply for the H visa in the US. However, if you were to obtain an H visa abroad after becoming AOS, it could lead to the denial of your I-485.

不僅是我這個律師這樣說，我也看到過其他律師有一樣的說法，這種說法和xiaobaitu, pjiang說法是不一樣的，也許前者是理論，後者是實際？如果有經曆的人說一下就最好了。
