I will do this by myself so that I will not pay extra fee to the "one-on-one" MetLife representive. The representative earges me to see her twice a year...I guess even seeing her would cost me of some $ because she works for it, right? I will get this done as follows:

1. Call another Chinese collegue in our unit and find out how she will do hers?
2. Go to Human Resource Office to get information and form for this.
3. Study the form(s)and fill in them
4. Send it to MetLife
5. I save money
