被美國海關罰款$300

昨天我從minneapolis的st paul的海關入境。我包裏有兩包180克的牛肉幹（做成糖果那樣的）。檢查發現後，被美國海關罰款$300。我說那是糖果一樣的，而且是真空無菌包裝的。那檢查的官員不聽。我說那你給我罰單，我上法庭申訴，那官員也不給我辦。非要我交了$300，才讓我走。我想問問大家，我現在還有沒有再申訴的可能。謝謝。
