父母延期被拒, 可否appeal?

因為I94已經於己於2007年11月到期,延期申請10月下旬寄到移民局. 剛剛發現被拒, 這樣一來即使馬上購票,恐怕到時候I94已過期90天,不知道可不可以appeal the case? 多謝
