12-19-2007批的綠卡，怎麽報07年的稅？Non-resident or resident?

已經收到報稅的表格了。

我前幾年都按NonResident報的，還引用了中美的Treaty免聯邦稅。

我07年底拿到的綠卡，07的稅該怎麽報？

我隻有十幾天是綠卡身份，難道也要按Resident身份報稅嗎？
