if you have interview done, then it is easy, sue them, 詳情見這裏 if you haven't interview done, then it will be a little different, even you still can sue (with different statute), but it will depend on which district, how long pending, see articles for name check delay lawsuit here
anyway, keep all your receipt for inquiry, it will need those if some day decide to sue them.
