2 I-94 cards,which one should I give to Airline personnel

My status: OPT, expire 2/4/2008
H-1, start effect 2/5/2008
Leave USA on Jan 21, 2008

I have 兩個 I-94 cards: (1)I-94 of F-1 (2)new I-94 with H-1 approval
我的問題是：在機場出關的時候我應該交哪一個？
如果把新的交了，一是H-1還沒生效，二是到使館簽證的時候，簽證官會不會要看？
請有經驗的人士參祥一下。
