All Chinese ? Have you been US Guangzhou Consulate before?

If you never did,don't your guessing to instead of fact.Why don't you spend only half day in front of the gate of Guangzhou consulate, you may see more than hundred pepole hold yellow paper bag with thier photo come out,these are their immigration visas.
In my hometown, almost 90% applicants got their green card at Guangzhou,because they never had been USA before they got immigration visa.
