1. just inquire USCIS NEVER will never push them to work on your case, since most of time they just quick check the computer system, if still Name check pending, then printout a routine letter to ask your for wait
2. some time first lady, senator/congressman may help to inquire the case, but USCIS/FBI explicitly say that FL/ Senator/congressman can inquire, but can NOT force them to expedite name check
3. only Court order can force USCIS/FBI to do something, see name check lawsuit article 這裏
4. not necessary your material was lost, maybe just wait for name check, and happen to be nobody take care of your name check assignment
