xiaobaitu，問h1b 有關的out of status 問題

朋友由於公司律師疏忽，遭到h1b transfer 被拒絕，也過了appeal 時間。6月從一公司transfer我公司，file h1 transfer, 9月被拒，但12月才知道，那麽現在他的out of status 時間到底是從9月算還是6月起算？
