i am not 100% sure that your F1 transfer will be granted under AOS by USCIS. Check this with PJIANG.

You may apply student health insurance waiver from school,that's mostly applicapable among many universities, in condition that you r under an alternative equal insurance coverage.

U may use AOS to continue study, with EAD, as you are a spouse, no additional risk added on your 485.

H4 is another option, you may enjoy instate tuition discount but loose eligibility to receive financial aid, if Univ. offers full fellowship.
