the I-485 of EB-1 is accepted.

If EB-1 I-485 has been accepted and it shares the same A# of NIW I-485, your AP/EAD based on NIW I-485 is still valid even NIW I-485 has been withdrawn.
AP/EAD is A# specific, not I-485 specific, as XBT stated.
