Question about using AP or H1B

My visa status is H1B. Since the visa status was changed from F1 to H1B, I have never been back to China. That means there is no stampe in my H1B visa. Now, I also have AP. If I want to go back to China, I should use AP or H1B? If I use AP, is there any problem with my H1B?( because of no stamp).
