No good solution here.
She is no longer in AOS in US and without any non-immigrant status so she has to leave (or stay black for many years until you become US citizen)
She may be able to return in H4 if both US consular officer give her visa stamp and CBP officer let her in, but they can also refuse because they can see her I485 denial record in the system.
