起跑線上老逮著問你H1B問題,汗一下.灰常不好意思. 俺真心希望這是最後一次問H1B問題.
1.About "Evidence showing that the proposed employment qualifiesas a specialty occupation", 關於這個證明, HR 需寫一份材料嗎?還是用當初廣告上注明的學位需求? 還是證明以前的雇員都有相當學位?

2. 在一個H1B 申請的律師網站上, 我發現寫了"The employer must also post the LCA's in conspicuous locations on their business premises showing that they are hiring an H-1B. The LCA postings must be up for at least two weeks (10 business days)". 我沒發現你在你的博客上提到這個,能給我解釋一下這必需嗎?
