I guess it's the letter that responds to your previous inquiry. I received the same Email on 01/07/08, but have not received the document yet. I recalled maybe it's due to my call to TSC center 2 months ago. It would be a real surprise if it's approval notice. People say they always make it quite clear if you case is approved.
